The creation of diamond flower and invisible setting involves the use of a C&C computer program that calculates with precise measurements the height and width of the finished piece, the depth, table size and girdle thickness of all the diamonds that will be used to be set in the final jewel. The computer then draws the blueprint that will be used to create the model in plastic. This level of precision is used to guard against gaps in the surface of the finished piece.

Each diamond is hand set into a casting with a revolutionary process that allows the diamonds to be set from underneath. The diamonds are notched at three discreet points, allowing the metal to flow in and lock the diamonds into place without destroying the brilliance of the stones. This process of invisibly setting diamonds eliminates any shifting of the stones.
