30 Day Returns

 

 

Rothem Collection want you to be fully satisfied.
If from some reason you will not be satisfied with a diamond jewelry item that you have purchased, you are eligible to return the item within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the original purchase price, no questions asked.

 

The item must be returned in its brand new condition along with all the documents such as certificate, appraisal and free All Risks insurance papers and accessories to ensure full credit. Please see our Return Rules and Restrictions below before returning your item.

 

Return Policy:
At Rothem Collection you have 30 days full money back guaranty.
The 30 day returns apply if the package is shipped back to us within maximum 30 days for the day it was received.

In case of return, the only expense you will have is the USPS cost of shipping back to us.
When shipped back to us there is no need to insure as it is already insured by us.

 

Shipping back to us must be done through USPS or EMS only. (Not with FedEx).
Since we charge from overseas, the refund will show in full in the customer's credit card statement, depend on the credit card merchant speed, usually after 10 working days from the day the package has physically returned to us for our examination.

Shipping Instructions:
If you have finally decided to return your item, you will need a returning Invoice from us.
Please let us know about your intention to return your item, in order for us to email you a print version of our returning invoice. Simply contact us at: sales@rothemcollection.com

After receiving the print version of our return invoice,
Please Follow Exactly ALL the Instructions Precisely.
  
1.     Please pack the item with all the documents that came with it (Appraisal + Invoice).
 
2.     Ship it only via USPS or EMS air mail with tracking. (NOT with FedEx).
 
3.     Print the returning invoice and fill it with your name, address, phone and date. Please do not change the value that is written in the invoice.
 
4.     Attach the printed invoice - One copy to the outside of the box and a Second copy to the inside of the box.
 
5.     You don’t need to insure it, we will insure your item after receiving the USPS tracking number from you by email.
 
6.     Please keep the shipping receipt with you until the package arrives back to us for insurance purpose.
 
7.     Please notify us by email with the tracking details upon shipping in order to activate the insurance while shipping back to us.
